Week two was not too bad. The first day is always the hardest. I struggled, couldn't breath properly, and my legs were kinda hurting. I powered through and finished, i took extra time cooling down.
Day two was the best day of the week. Lots of energy and i was anxious to see how much my body had recuperated from the first day. I finished without being too tired.
Day three was one of those days. I felt a little sluggish, and didn't have much stamina. i finished the run, but i was more tired then the second day, and less then the first.
I'm deciding if i should continue with week three, or do a few more week 2 sessions.
My sister is doing really good, we got her boyfriend (ben) into it now. We are all addicted, yay us!!

Week One
Week one became easier each time i ran. The first day was around my block, it started to rain 2 minutes into the warm up. I told myself to just go to the end of the street and then head back home, but by the time i got to the end i was in my first 60 second run. "Screw that, i'm gonna keep going" i told myself. Anyways, i was out of breath, cursing Robert Ullrey's name. I was thinking it was almost over when he announces that i'm only half way through. I pushed myself to keep going, until finally, it was time to cooldown. I was getting over a cold, and felt like horse poop when i reached my front door, i ran towards the bathroom and vomited. Gross, i know. I felt great afterward, but the next day my muscles were screaming for a hot bath.
Day two was a lot better. I went to a park with my father, and as i turn my ipod on, the rain came falling. I was stuck under a pavilion with some weirdo that told me his life story(later finding out he told my sister his life story a few weeks prior in a thrift store, small weird world) ...i said goodbye and began my workout. The Park is amazing, trees and wind, not many people, great asphalt road, it was made to be run on. I finished this with energy left over, not so shabby.
Day three my sister decides to join and start the program. Great day, great weather, great run. She was like me on day one, i was feeling good, and extremely proud of myself for completing my first week. =)
