End of week 4

Another week defeated! Alright, i must admit that it was tougher then what I expected...but it's over.
Day one was good, my first five minute run was the best. I had the energy to keep going, but i stuck to the program. Barely finished the last 5 minute run, but i pushed myself. I only iced my legs two times between day one and two. I regretted this.
Day two..PAIN. Ok, it didn't start hurting until the five minute runs, but OUCH. Tolerated the pain until it was finally over. I iced a lot between day two and three =)
Day three, finished good. Ankle pain, not too bad. Ally is still on week two, she decided to keep doing that, i think she will be moving on to week 3 soon.
I have decided to move on to week 5!!! Omg, 20 min run on day 3. I'm scared.
I can't believe i have stuck to the program, i just wanna go run a mile! lol, joking.
